(Assuming the PF is in its own storage group)Simply dismount the database (obviously outlook connectivity to the PF will be lost at that time so its recommended to run this off hours), copy the public folder EDB file to another location.
Even when they were put in it still didn't work, restarted clients and server, still no joy. Event Xml: Looks like you'll have to do some metadata cleanup of that domain controller from active directory because it seems it is still showing up under sites and services (from your earlier posting).
So i check the event logs and found this (see below) I have no idea what this means and most of my searching has point to either it will just disappear after a few minutes or i need to log a call with MS support, something i would like to avoid. Use this article to clean out the stale information for that domain controller from your AD How to remove data in Active Directory after an unsuccessful domain controller demotion That looks like alot of fun.

Hello all, Here is what is happening: we are using Exchange 2007server and Outlook 2007 client.
We have several mailboxes (at least 4) that when incoming email comes in (does not matter rather internal or external) the email briefly will appear in the Inbox and then go directy into the Deleted Items folders.
Also there are no rules anywhere on the Exchange 2007 server (that has been confirmed). TIA, BJ Hello JW, As I stated in my earlier post I have tested these emailboxes on several different computers (so a new profile was created).Tags: Adult Dating, affair dating, sex dating
